Default 80/20 Tips - Preloading Fasteners

Before assembly of your project, be sure to preload any joining plates, brackets, or fasteners. This will allow for much easier assembly as you will be able to focus on the assembly itself, not searching for individual t-nuts or screws.

Default 80/20 Tips - Drop In T-Nuts

If you come across a situation where you need to add a t-nut to a bar that is captivated on both ends, drop in t-nuts are your answer. They allow you to load from the profile side, as opposed to the end of the profile. This prevents wasted time tearing down and rebuilding your project.
